12, 24 & 36 Month Usage Bill Credit: These electricity plans have different contract lengths. You can choose to lock your rate for one, two, or three years. Those plans also offer you a bill credit depending on your usage:
$35 if your monthly usage is 1000kWh or more.
$50 bill credit if your monthly usage is 2000kWh or more.

36Mo Usage Bill Credit + A/C Protection for 2 or 1 Units and HVAC Monitoring: These plans lock in your rates for one, two, or three years (depending on the term you are looking for) and give you bill credit as well as coverage for up to 2 air conditioning units and HVAC monitoring. The bill credit conditions are as follows:
$35 if your monthly usage is 1000kWh or more.
$50 bill credit if your monthly usage is 2000kWh or more.

12 Month (No Min Usage Fee): This plan is a fixed supply rate for all of your energy usage for one year.

12 Month Flat Tier Product: With a flat tier electricity plan, you buy energy in blocks like a cell phone data plan. Depending on how much electricity you use in a given month, your rate per kWh may vary.
